Three meals are provided
each day and formal meals at which students are expected
to wear academic gowns are held several times a year.
The Catering Service of Spotless is under the expert
management of the site Chef Manager, Janice Gage, who together with
her staff, provides healthy cuisine and a choice of
vegetarian and meat dishes, daily, together with fresh
fruit and vegetables.
The Jubilee Dining Room, featuring
high ceilings, air-conditioning and a long balcony overlooking the Brisbane
River, can comfortably seat more than 200 people.
Students can
enjoy the alfresco dining experience at our own "Cafe
Duchesne" which allows a casual atmosphere in which to relax and enjoy the friendly surrounds.
Special lunches and BBQs are a regular
feature of College life.
