Staff, students and the wider community are all invited to participate in UQ Diversity Week 2012.

Major Function

The University of Queensland Vice-Chancellor's Equity and Diversity Awards is the highlight of Diversity Week and will be held on Thursday, 24 May 2012 at the UQ Centre (4.30 – 7.00pm).

The awards recognise UQ staff, students and alumni who have made a significant contribution in the area of equity and diversity.The evening will feature a panel of eminent speakers in conversation with Richard Fidler and debating the topic Unity in Diversity: Dream or Delusion.

Cocktails and canapés will follow the panel discussion and award presentation. This is a free event for all members of the University community and their guests, and for friends of UQ. You are welcome to register your attendance and that of your guests for this showcase event.
