The highlight of Diversity Week is this free event to be held in the early evening at the UQ Centre on Thursday 28 May 4.30pm – 6.30pm.

Professor Keniger will present the 2009 Vice Chancellor’s Equity & Diversity Awards valued at $10,000 and $5,000 and the VC’s Alumnus Equity & Diversity Award. Professor Keniger will also welcome Professor Carmen Lawrence and Professor Kevin Clements as UQ’s guests for the interactive panel discussion to be hosted by Phillip Adams AO. The panel will discuss the topic: In Others’ Shoes; Possible or pipedream?

The Awards presentation and panel discussion will be followed by cocktails and informal networking opportunities.

All staff and students are invited to attend. Organise a group. Bring a guest.
