Staff Development Options
Extending the knowledge and skills of our staff is one of the University of Queensland's key commitments. A range of Staff Development Options supports the development of each individual staff member, thereby enhancing your performance and career development as well as the University's performance.
Both academic and professional staff take part in the annual performance appraisal process with their supervisor. This includes casual and temporary staff who are employed for more than one year. This allows you to clarify your work priorities, exchange feedback, and plan career development and professional development activities.
