UQ Temps - Temporary Staff Service
- Assists all UQ Organisational Units in maintaining full productivity in times of need; for example – peak time; leave replacement; special projects; and unforseen circumstances.
- 1 day – 11 month contracts for Full-time, Part-time or casual appointments.
- All Temps have been referenced checked internally and externally where applicable. Potential Temps may also be skills tested where appropriate.
- Finance, PA, Reception, Projects; IT or General Administration are currently covered.
- All wages/salary payments and documentation are processed at the Organisational Unit level.
- NO EXTRA FEES!

- Contact the UQ Temps Co-ordinator on 3365 1908, (Hours of work are Wed, Thurs 8.30am-4.15pm; Fri 8.30-12 noon) or email hruqtemps@admin.uq.edu.au
- Outline the position, including start and finish dates, hours of work, level of position, and the skills you require e.g., computer experience.
- It is ideal for UQ Temps to be given some notice of the temporary vacancy – but sometimes this is not possible and we understand.
