Salaries and allowances

Staff members work according to a variety of awards and enterprise agreements specifying employment conditions and entitlements including salary, allowances, superannuation and leave.

These enterprise agreements also provide staff with the opportunity to sacrifice a cash component of the gross salary in order to better package remuneration benefits.
