Application for Aurion Access
To apply for access to Aurion, download and complete the Aurion Access Form and fax, or scan and email the form, signed by your authorising manager, to ITS Help Desk on 07 334 66686 .
Your application should be processed within three days.
Aurion Access Options
There are two main types of Aurion access:
Standard View access for administrative staff
Manager access for staff in management roles
The following access options are restricted to staff performing designated roles and are generally available only when the staff member has completed approved training:
- Timekeeper approver
- Aurion Salary Budget Module
- Research Training
- HR Officer and HR Consultant
- Payroll and Superannuation
- Continuing Appointments
- Management Accounting Group
- Accounts Payable
- Financial Accounting
- Research Accounting
- TEDI Course Administrator
- TEDI Course Coordinator
- Library
- Audit (ARMS)
