Aurion Human Resource Information Management System

Introducing Aurion
Aurion is the University's human resource management system. It is the corporate system for personnel administration, leave, payroll, superannuation, salary budgeting and training administration.
Staff can access their own data over the Internet using the MyAurion module of Aurion.
 
Who has access?
To apply for access to Aurion, download and complete the Aurion Access Form and fax or scan and email the form, signed by your authorising manager, to ITS Help Desk on 07 334 66686.

How do I access Aurion?
Access to Aurion is via the UQAPS WEB interface.  To view instructions to login to Aurion via the web interface, click here.
 
When can I use Aurion?
Aurion is available from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Nightly processing and fortnightly payroll calculations limit the availablility of Aurion at other times.
MyAurion is available at all times except during the fortnightly payroll process. Staff will be locked out of MyAurion at 3:00 pm on Friday afternoon of non pay week until the pay processing completes on the following Saturday afternoon.
