Sourcing potential applicants and advertising and promoting positions suitable for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
Provide support and assistance to Supervisors and Managers through the recruitment process
Short listing; Selection and Appointment
Providing induction support to new Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff members
Providing cultural mentoring support
Linking staff members to the Indigenous Social Networking Group
