Student Advice

The matter of most importance to students will be the translation of their academic record to the new unitised program structure.

In addition to information on the translation advice statement that students will receive, links that appear on the left outline the fine detail of the translation process, such as the various formulas used. Access to course equivalence tables, and program rules is also provided (2000 program rules are listed currently; program rules for 2001 will be posted in October).
It may also be useful to access more general information on terminology changes, the unit structure (standard units), and the new course coding system.

A formal report on translation advice underpins the processes outlined here.
