The University community is rapidly expanding.  If you are a current or former student, a current or former staff member, a donor, a business/government partner in a formal relationship with the University, an employee in one of the many businesses operating on campus, one of our suppliers or a visitor to our facilities, you are a member of our community.  

If you go for a run on one of our campuses after work, walk your dog at UQ on the weekend or are involved in one of the many University of Queensland sporting clubs, you are part of our community.

The Centenary provided us with a special opportunity to acknowledge and give back to our community.  Members of our community joined us for our Centenary, either physically or online, and were reminded of the creative and intellectual resource of which they are part, as UQ continues serving the the local, Queensland, Australian and global communities.

We collected UQ stories for publication on the website.  We hoped through them to share the great diversity of the University and the experience of being at UQ, participating in the rich campus life, our state-of-the-art facilities, our multicultural diversity and overall campus activities and vibrancy.
