Centenary Oration: Dr Andrew Liveris

UQ alumnus, Dr Andrew Liveris is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Dow Chemical Company, a $45 billion global specialty chemical, advanced materials, agrosciences and plastics company based in Midland, Michigan.

Andrew  will speak on his unique experiences as an Australian, a University of Queensland graduate, and a global business leader.   He will look at Australia's proud past and consider its future from a global perspective, highlighting the country's ties and assets - commercial and intellectual - to the rest of the world.

Refreshments will be provided after the Oration.
