UQ Alumna and Queensland Governor, Her Excellency Dr Penelope Wensley AO, has had a long and active engagement with the development of national and international responses to various global challenges. Dr Wensley will deliver her oration, open free to the public, in conjunction with the opening of the UQ Global Change Institute at Customs House.
