The Centre for Communication and Social Change is welcoming February with positive changes and exciting developments.
This month we profile recent CSC Master graduate and Research Assistant Laura Simpson Reeves who is leaving the Centre to undertake a Communications Officer position at SMERU Research Institute in Indonesia.
We would like you to meet Mohammad Sahid Ullah from Bangladesh who joined the CfCSC to pursue a PhD exploring the ways that telecentres can help to improve the lives of people living in rural areas in Bangladesh.
In Student Spotlight the Centre welcomes Kylie Navuku who will start her PhD this month on edutainment in the Pacific, under the supervision of Associate Professor Eric Louw.
PhD candidate Grady Walker will soon commence field research in Nepal to inform his investigation on video production as praxis in critical pedagogy.
In From the Centre we say good bye to Postdoctoral Research Fellow Heather Anderson who is taking on a new role as permanent lecturer in journalism at the University of South Australia, we wish her all the best and hope to collaborate in the future.
