Online Registrations are no longer available. Please download a copy of the manual registration, complete and
bring it with you to register "at the door".

Refund Policy
|
- A 90% refund of registration will be provided on or before September 18th, 2009.
- A 50% refund of registration will be provided on or before October 30th 2009.
- No refund will be given on cancellations after October 30th 2009.
- Registrations are transferable if a delegate is unable to attend the symposium
