We deliver safe, reliable and low cost energy services to more than 1.5 million customers and operate one the of largest electricity networks in Australia – around 22,275 square kilometres – distributing electricity to the Sydney, Central Coast and Hunter regions. Career Opportunities: Electrical Engineering Careers:
As part of their career development, graduate electrical engineers are placed on our Engineering Development Program where they can choose from over 50 positions that rotate on a six monthly basis. This provides the graduate with a broad exposure to the many different areas available in Electrical Engineering at EnergyAustralia. Armed with this knowledge and experience the graduate will be better able to determine a career path that is best suited to them.

Graduates are also offered off-the-job learning opportunities and support to undertake further studies. After eighteen months on the engineering graduate development program, graduates have the opportunity to apply for a promotion within EnergyAustralia.
