For our graduate program, we recruit graduates with university qualifications in law, accounting, commerce, economics, finance, taxation, criminology, and IT (other graduate programs are also offered for those with university qualifications in people management, design IT, and marketing/communication).
The Graduate Program is designed to sustain the Tax Office's management and leadership capability by developing skills, knowledge and networks that will help graduates throughout their career. The 12 month Program involves structured development through diverse work rotations and on-the-job and formal training. On successful completion, graduates will earn a promotion. A graduate manager will mentor graduates throughout the program.
Career Opportunities: Applicants who have graduated or are final year university students are encouraged to apply. Applicants with stronger results (usually at least 50% at credit level or better) may be invited to participate in an assessment event and an interview.
