Employer Profile: BHP Billiton produces and supplies world markets, including the developing Asian and other economies, with many of the natural resources they rely on to fuel their growth. Career Opportunities: Our Foundations for Graduates Program is a 2-year development experience for Graduates, comprising a mix of classroom based, on-the-job application and self paced learning.
Graduates will:

• develop leadership, management and strategic skills, and
• grow their ability to work effectively with others from diverse backgrounds in a variety of situations.
