Career Opportunities: The Graduate Development Program is delivered over a ten-month period, and includes:
- formal induction to the Department;
- work rotations–placements in three different areas of the Department;
- a structured training program comprising courses, workshops and a team project;
- an interstate industry tour;
- a specialised mentoring scheme providing guidance for work and career; and
- social and sporting opportunities.
