administration
Campus Kindergarten is run by a Board of Management that is elected in March each year. All parents of children at the centre are automatically able to stand for election and vote at the Annual General Meeting.
The centre has been a company for a number of years now and operates using a set of policies that can be accessed via the Professional button on the right..
Campus Kindy welcomes parents to contribute their skills and experience to the management of the centre by joining the Board or one of the Sub-Committees of the Kindy. Currently they are: Workplace Health & Safety; Maintenance; Finance; Parent Support; Professional and Teaching & Learning.
how are parents involved?
Campus Kindy welcomes parents to contribute their skills and experience to the management of the centre through becoming a Board member. Or with its strong community focus, parents can also contribute significantly to the centre by joining the Parent committee. This vital team of parents supports and facilitates parents’ involvement in the centre. In recent times they have organised and supported things such as plays in the park, movie nights, a Spooktacular event at Halloween, a mini-fete, parent education nights and much more.
The centre is a hive of activity and parents are always welcome in the classrooms. Many also contribute to the working bees and the general upkeep and maintenance of the centre.
day-to-day
The day to day running of the centre is the responsibility of the Director with the support of the Leadership Team. That team comprises the Centre manager and each Coordinating teacher.
General enquiries about enrolments, accounts, the program and operational matters or the program can be addressed to the Director or Centre Manger.
