Implementation of a Nurse Practitioner led clinic- impacts on the wellbeing for patients with Chronic Kidney Disease
The chosen methodology during the project will consist of Mixed Methods, using explanatory design and participant selection models. Data will be collected using QoL SF12 v2 questionnaire, clinical data and semi structured interviews.
The results from the study will describe and explain the impact of the implementation of a Nurse Practitioner led CKD–clinic. Impact will consist of outcome measures from the participants’ experiences of the care provided at the Nurse Practitioner led CKD–clinic compared to traditional care and how it has affected their wellbeing.
