Open Disclosure Research & Indicator Development including the ‘100 Patient Stories Project’

A project including interviewing 100 patients, filming high quality appropriate educational stories from consenting patients, developing survey instruments to enable the study of patient and staff experiences of open disclosure, and developing patient-centred indicators of successful open disclosure.
