As part of the “Identifying models of personal and community resilience that enhance psychological wellness: A Stanthorpe study” project, the “Building Resilience in Rural Communities Toolkit” was officially launched by the Governor of Queensland, Her Excellency Ms Quentin Bryce AC, in Stanthorpe on Tuesday, 12 February 2008.
