Implementation of a Nurse Practitioner led clinic- impacts on the wellbeing for patients with Chronic Kidney Disease
 
The planned methodology during the project will consist of Mixed Methods, using an explanatory design and participant selection models. Data will be collected using QoL SF12 questionary, semi structured interviews and also some lab results.
 
The results from the study will describe and explain the impact of the implementation of a Nurse Practitioner led CKD–clinic. Impact will consist of outcome measures from the participants’ experiences of the care provided at the Nurse Practitioner led CKD–clinic compared to traditional care and how it has affected their wellbeing.
