Mark Kendall

Professor Mark Kendall’s research interests span biomedical engineering, diagnostics, dermatology, and vaccinology.

Prof. Kendall is focused on combining these areas of study to develop novel delivery strategies of biomolecules and stimuli to cells in skin and other soft tissue.

These strategies include needle-free gene and drug delivery technologies, which outstrip key shortcomings of the current needle-and-syringe, and micro-nanoprojection array patch technology, which is a minimally-invasive method to deliver genes and drugs to targeted cells.
