Professor Istvan Toth is one of the key founders of Alchemia, Implicit Biosciences Pty. Ltd., Neurotide, and TetraQ.

Prof. Toth’s major research interests are orientated in the application of modern multidisciplinary pharmaceutical sciences and research commercialisation.

In particular, Prof. Toth focuses on drug and vaccine delivery, liposaccharide-based immunoadjuvants, carbohydrates as drug targeting moieties, gene delivery, and orally available peptides, nucleosides, and nucleotides.

These novel developments have enormous economic impacts upon the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
