Jazmine Skinner who graduated with First Class Honours in Equine Science in 2013 has been successful in gaining one of only three year-long internships to work in Lexington, Kentucky with Kentucky Equine Research. These highly competitive internships are offered internationally and are open to graduates in Equine Science and Veterinary Science. Jaz, pictured below, won the 2013 Bryan Medal for her research project ‘Vitamin K absorption in the Horse’ which she undertook with Dr Judy Cawdell-Smith and Professor Wayne Bryden. This research was supported by a donation from Agricure Pty Ltd.
