Career Prospects

There is a steady and strong demand for graduates in agribusiness, agricultural science and food science.  Since 2008 to the present, figures relased by the Australian Council of Deans of Agriculture reveal a widening gap between demand and supply of good quality graduates.  Job advertisements for graduates in agriculture number between 4000 and 4500, while graduate completions are around 800 nation wide. 

This means graduates from the School of Agriculture and Food Sciences are in demand.
