Flexible Learning Options
ACPACS’ Mediation and Conflict Resolution Program is one of the largest providers of conflict resolution education and training in Australia.  Our programs are taught in both Melbourne and Brisbane and workshops are taught in intensive mode, usually in blocks of 3-5 days although shorter courses are also available. All courses include a balance of academic theory and industry-based practical skills, and are specifically designed to encourage active learning. Individualised coaching and constructive feedback on performance is provided throughout the workshops and you are encouraged to reflect on and continuously develop your skills.

Commitment to Quality
ACPACS is committed to continuous improvement of its workshops to ensure that it meets the professional needs of its clients and participants both in terms of quality of delivery and workshop content. This continuous improvement is informed by regular detailed evaluations. These evaluations consider the effectiveness of the workshops themselves, as assessed by the participants, and the desirability of revising and expanding the workshop packages.
In order to measure participant satisfaction with the workshop package, formative evaluations are undertaken, probing participant responses in the following areas:
  • Quality of delivery
  • Suitability of workshop design and structure to learning needs
  • Currency and accuracy of materials
  • Relevance of content to need
  • Quality of service.

Reports against these criteria are generated after each workshop in order to track trends and support ACPACS' commitment to ongoing improvements to workshops.
