Background
Professor Sourdin, in association with the Law Institute of Victoria, is undertaking a research project into Collaborative Law Practices in Victoria. The project is funded by a grant from the Victorian Law Foundation and will:
- provide data on the range of outcomes and perceptions of clients using collaborative dispute resolution services;
- result in the publication of a guide for collaborative practitioners and and descriptive materials for potential clients; and
- include an information campaign for prospective collaborative practice lawyers.
