Clinical Trials
ACCMER's catchment area, south-east Queensland and northern New
South Wales, has a population of approximately 2.5 million. This
provides ready access to appropriate numbers of study participants
over a wide range of conditions.
The Centre's clinical trial capabilities
are multidisciplinary, combining medical, scientific, nursing
and administrative expertise.
The Brisbane and Lismore nodes of ACCMER have established expertise
in all aspects of clinical trials and ACCMER is rapidly developing
a reputation for its skill and innovation in conducting clinical
trials of complementary medicines with short lead times and at
internationally competitive rates. ACCMER caters for all aspects
of clinical trials, from commencement to completion. These include:
