A University wide Committees@UQ database has been developed that enables all information about committees operating at The University of Queensland to be stored in one location. 
 
The system is web enabled and allows a Secretary or Assistant Secretary to maintain:
  • Terms of reference and quorum;
  •  Structure of the Committee; 
  •  Membership, with relevant timeframes;
  •  Meeting dates, times and locations; and
  • Attendance and apologies at meetings. 
Reports will be able to be produced via the reportal for membership lists, composition, attendance records, meeting dates etc.
