Lodging a complaint
You can lodge a complaint in the following way:
1. If your complaint is one of the following, please go to the policy/procedure for further advice:
- Student grievance resolution processes
- Staff Grievance Resolution Policy
- Management of Sexual Harassment Grievances Policy
- Discrimination and Harassment Policy
- Privacy Management Policy
2. Other complaints
- If your complaint does not fall within any of the categories in 1:
- for minor expressions of dissatisfaction, please telephone the relevant manager;
- for other matters, lodge a complaint with the The Executive Director (Operations) and University Secretary by writing to:
The Executive Director (Operations) and University Secretary
Your complaint will be acknowledged within 28 days of receipt. Once received, the The Executive Director (Operations) and University Secretary may investigate your complaint personally, or may refer your complaint to another officer of the University. You will be notified if your complaint is referred to another person for action.

- A person applying for a review of a finalised complaint should write to the The Executive Director (Operations) and University Secretary who will refer the application to the appropriate review authority.
