Cultural diversity and inclusive practice resources
The University of Queensland has developed, from a Flinders University initiative, a Cultural Diversity and Inclusive Practice Toolkit (CDIP Toolkit). It is designed to assist all members of the University Community to promote mutually respectful relationships and help translate the University’s equity and diversity goals into practice.
The toolkit has four Theory into Practice Strategy Folios (TIPS). Each TIPS folio focuses on one of the University’s core activity areas
- Teaching and Learning
- Research
- Leadership and Administration
- University Community
